Roger’s Gardens

A destination for gardeners and flower fans alike, especially during holidays

Although Roger’s Gardens has been operating for around 60 years, its current Corona del Mar/Newport Beach location opened in 1975, simultaneously serving as one of Orange County’s most beautiful nurseries and stores. A must-see for gardeners and flower fans, it occupies well over an acre of space with everything from seasonal flowers and fruit trees to hanging planters, home decor, and furniture, with several covered showrooms and greenhouse spaces.

Privately owned and without charging admission, Roger’s Gardens is as compelling as any public arboretum or botanic garden in the area. During the holidays, notably including Halloween and Christmas, Roger’s showrooms include elaborate decor displays, and Christmas trees become available for purchase. There’s also a sustainable, locally sourced restaurant – Farmhouse at Roger’s Gardens – as well as considerable parking.
