Resorts World Las Vegas
It's the most expensive resort ever built in Las Vegas, with three hotels and two food halls
Even in a city like Las Vegas, which has become known for its opulence and excess, Resorts World Las Vegas is extra extra. The unique red and black building unusually hosts three separate hotel brands – “pinnacle of luxury” Crockfords, Conrad (Hilton’s high-end brand), and Hilton – each with its own lobby and dedicated rooms. On the West Tower exterior glass, you can see building-sized advertisements playing on a 100,000 square-foot LED screen, one of the largest in the United States.
Resorts World is also home to the Famous Foods Street Eats collection of stall-style food vendors, inspired by Singaporean hawker centers, and a Fine Dining collection of dedicated restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. These two areas couldn’t be more different; the first has communal seating and spectacle cooking, while the second is filled with decidedly luxurious full-service experiences.
Peek at the beautiful entrances to the Fine Dining restaurants, including Fuhu, Aqua Las Vegas, Bar Zazu, Brezza, Carversteak, Eight Lounge, Kusanori, Viva, and Aubi & Ramsa (boozy ice cream). If their high-end entryways weren’t impressive enough, a gigantic internally projected video globe in the center of the collection advertises the restaurants, shops, and events as you walk around. Although it’s a much smaller version of Las Vegas’s newer Sphere, it’s stunning to see it indoors, and a sign of the serious outlay of cash – $4.3 billion, the most in Vegas resort property history – that went into building and decorating this unique complex.
