With six locations in Chicago and its suburbs, MingHin Cuisine specializes in dim sum during the day and night, while offering a mix of authentic and Americanized Chinese dishes that varies based on the location and lunch/dinner hours. One location also serves Japanese food.

Relatively upscale by Chicago standards, the dim sum menus have plenty of choices – including some uncommon dishes ranging from chicken and dried scallop buns to honeyed short ribs, brisket and rice noodle rolls (shown), and Chaozhou-style crystal dumplings.
