Grams BBQ

When we dream about our experience at Grams BBQ, a Garden Grove-based all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, we think back to several things. This is a restaurant with an emphasis on unusually high-quality beef, though Grams doesn’t literally or figuratively try to force it down your throat: You can choose from three AYCE menus, the first ($33) with 14 meats including Brazilian-style picanha, beef heart, three types of pork belly, pork galbi, and wagyu beef bulgogi; the second ($39) with 18 meats adding beef tongue, intestines, marinated beef galbi, and learn wagyu eye round; and the third ($59) with 27 items including Woode galbi, porterhouse steak, prime galbi, multiple types of wagyu, and boneless shortribs.

Every tier has something great; the top tier is on a completely different level. The Woode galbi ribs are marbled enough to give Japanese A-5 Wagyu a run for its money, marinated USDA Prime Galbi almost as tender as a pillow, and peppered Brazilian-cut Picanha is fantastic – alone, it would be a draw at a fully Brazilian steakhouse.
