Hidden behind an elaborate wooden door in one of many Las Vegas Chinatown plazas, the Korean bake shop and vintage coffee house Gäbi is a great place to find vividly colored, Instagram-ready pastries and lattes. Oversized ‘fataron’ macaron cookies include elaborate decorations and partially jelly centers, like the delicious though inexplicably blue Pistachio Cherry shown, each arriving in a jewelry-like presentation container justifying higher-than-typical-macaron prices.
All the expected food IG trends are suitably addressed, from Ube and rainbow crepe cakes to butterfly pea lattes and iced strawberry matchas. Assuming you can find the signless Gäbi (hint: between a KBBQ space and a crane game arcade), you’ll find plenty of seating space in a shabby chic room with a distinctive, greenhouse-like kitchen in the center.
